Ask4Air Solutions install industrial compressed air systems, a market where the job count is low but the value of each job is enormous. Most work in that space goes to whoever the buyer already knows, which makes breaking in hard for anyone without the established name. Ben had been running his own Google Ads to try and change that, with no background in it. Quality scores were poor, the keyword and negative keyword lists weren't targeting the work he actually wanted, and the account was spending on clicks that were never going to convert. Worse, it was eating roughly an hour of his day, every day, on top of running the business.

What We Did
- Audited the existing account and identified the quality score and keyword targeting problems driving the wasted spend
- Rebuilt the campaign around a tightly controlled keyword list targeting only high value, high intent industrial searches
- Built out negative keywords properly to stop spend leaking to irrelevant clicks
- Bid aggressively on the small number of searches that genuinely matter, rather than spreading a small budget thinly
- Rebuilt the landing pages for relevance, load speed and trust, lifting quality score enough to hold top search position consistently
- Took the account off Ben’s hands entirely, so his time went back into the business
- Approached the first month as a deliberate test and learn phase, being upfront that the industry was new to us, then optimised hard on what the data showed

Results That Speak For Themselves
4X
return on ad spend in month one
$350k
contract won in month two
20 hrs
a month back in the owner's time
Month one was a genuine learning curve in an industry new to us, and it still returned four times what was spent. Month two produced a single contract worth $350,000, on a budget of $100 a day.
CLIENT TESTIMONIAL
What Ben Says
“I’d been trying to run the ads myself and I was burning money and time on it, probably an hour a day I didn’t have. Connor was straight with me from the start, said the industry was new to him and he’d need a month to work it out. First month already paid for itself. Second month the ads brought in a job worth three hundred and fifty grand. In this trade you don’t get many shots at work that size, so that’s not a small thing.”
