When Greg first started Outdoor Shades WA, the business was still operating part-time while he was employed elsewhere.

What We Changed

At the same time, we launched Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns targeting homeowners in the surrounding service areas.

As demand increased and the business grew, we later rebuilt the website into a much more advanced platform. The new site included detailed product information, material options, colour selections, and interactive tools to help customers visualise the final result.

The marketing campaigns were also scaled to support the growing workload.

The Outcome

Within two years, Outdoor Shades WA transformed from a part-time side business into a full-time operation.
